Vivere Experiences, LLC – New York-Based, Fully Insured Company

Welcome to Vivere Tour.

By accessing this website and/or booking any travel experience with Vivere Experiences, LLC (“Vivere Tour,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and important travel policies.

Vivere Experiences, LLC is a New York-based, fully insured travel company offering curated, small-group experiences designed for women seeking meaningful and elevated journeys.

A deposit is required to secure your spot on any Vivere Tour experience. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.

Final payment is typically due prior to departure (generally 60–90 days depending on the itinerary). Failure to complete payment within the specified timeline may result in cancellation of your reservation.

We offer flexible payment plans to make your experience accessible while maintaining the integrity of our small-group model.

Due to the nature of curated, small-group travel, all payments made to Vivere Tour are non-refundable.

Cancellations made 120 days or more prior to departure may, at Vivere Tour’s sole discretion, be eligible for a future travel credit to be applied toward another Vivere Tour experience within a specified period.

Cancellations made 119 days or less prior to departure are not eligible for any credit, as arrangements and commitments with hotels, transportation providers, and local partners have already been reserved and financially committed in advance.

In no case will a cash refund be issued.

We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance to protect your investment.

Vivere Experiences, LLC is a fully insured company, including general liability and professional liability (Errors & Omissions) coverage.

However, this coverage does not replace individual travel insurance. Each traveler is responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance policy covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

While we carefully design each itinerary, Vivere Tour reserves the right to make adjustments when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, supplier availability, safety concerns, or operational factors.

Any changes will always be made with the intention of maintaining the quality and integrity of the experience.

Vivere Experiences, LLC acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party suppliers (hotels, transportation providers, guides, etc.).

While we work only with trusted partners, we are not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, or unforeseen circumstances caused by these third parties.

By booking with Vivere Tour, you acknowledge and accept that travel involves inherent risks.

Our trips are designed to be comfortable and enjoyable, but they may include walking, stairs, and active days.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are physically able to participate in the itinerary.

Vivere Tour is known for its warm, respectful, and supportive group environment.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the group experience, without refund.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that all required documents (passport, visas, etc.) are valid and up to date.
