Croatia Itinerary, Next May 28 - June 6, 2027

 A guided walk through Dubrovnik’s Old Town with your local expert. You will explore the Rector’s Palace and City Walls of Dubrovnik with our guide. With the Dubrovnik Pass 24 included, the afternoon is free for museums, shopping and small discoveries at your own pace, allowing each guest to enjoy the city in a personal way. 

 A beautiful day in the peaceful Konavle region (Dubrovnik hinterland), known for its vineyards, olive groves and traditional way of life. In a warm, rural setting, we will take part in a “garden to-table” cooking class, preparing simple, authentic dishes with fresh seasonal ingredients. It is a day of connection – with nature, with local traditions, and with the stories behind the recipes passed down through generations. In the afternoon free time to explore Cavtat, charming seaside town in the region of Konavle , known for its peaceful promenade, pine-framed coves, and elegant Mediterranean atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed and refined coastal escape.

  Today, we take a short transfer to the port of Dubrovnik.  A private boat journey to the Elaphite Islands, a small archipelago where time feels slower and the sea is always close.  The day is designed for easy enjoyment – swimming in quiet bays, gentle walks through small island villages, and moments of pure relaxation on deck. It is an opportunity to experience the Adriatic in its most peaceful and natural form. Return to our hotel in the afternoon.
 

 A slower day in the Dubrovnik region with a wine tasting in Konavle, combined with a presentation of traditional silk craftsmanship – a delicate local tradition where handmade ornaments were once part of regional costumes and celebrations, followed by the wine tasting at a boutique local winery. 

 Check-out from your hotel in Dubrovnik.  A scenic journey along the coast and through the Dalmatian Hinterland,  where the landscape becomes softer, greener and more rural. Along the way, a warm welcome awaits at a local family estate, where a  private lunch is prepared with regional ingredients and served in a relaxed countryside setting.  It is a moment to slow down, enjoy simplicity, and feel the authentic spirit of Dalmatia before arriving in Split in the late afternoon.  A guided visit through Split, a city built inside and around the remarkable Roman Palace of Emperor Diocletian, still alive and used today.  We will explore its atmospheric cellars, the Cathedral of St. Domnius and Jupiter’s Temple.  The afternoon is free to enjoy Split at your own rhythm, with our guide available for extra time, recommendations or a relaxed walk-through hidden corner of the city.

 A visit to Šibenik, a charming coastal town with a very authentic Dalmatian feel, full of stone streets, small shops and two UNESCO treasures, including the beautiful Cathedral of St. James.  In the afternoon, the experience continues in Krka National Park, where walking paths lead through green landscapes and waterfalls. It is a gentle immersion into nature, with time to simply breathe, listen and enjoy the surroundings.

 A private boat experience through the central Dalmatian islands. A private boat excursion to Hvar and Brač Island, combining the elegance of Hvar’s historic town and vibrant atmosphere with the natural beauty of Zlatni Rat beach in Bol, one of the most iconic coastal landscapes in Croatia.  A perfect balance of scenic cruising, swimming stops and time to enjoy local flavours and charming seaside settings. 

 A relaxed morning in Split before heading to Trogir, a UNESCO listed town often described as a “stone jewel” filled with narrow streets, churches and Venetian-style architecture. It is a place best enjoyed slowly, simply wandering and discovering its charm.  In the afternoon, we continue into the countryside for a creative workshop in a peaceful rural estate, followed by a traditional farewell dinner peka - prepared under the bell, a warm and social way of dining in Dalmatia.

International and domestic flights are not included in the package. However, I can help you find and book the most convenient and cost-effective airfare options. Hotel room upgrades and expenses beyond breakfast during your stay are not covered. Please note that reservations will be made for a "double room," and a single room can be added as an optional upgrade. 

Your meals and snacks are not included, with the exception of the Welcome Cocktail, Welcome Dinner and Farewell Dinner, which are part of your package. 

Tickets for museums, trains, and other attractions are not included in your package unless specifically listed as included in the itinerary. For optional day trips, transportation such as train tickets is not included unless otherwise stated. 

Tips for services and meals are not included in your package. Please plan accordingly for gratuities. 

Charges for international phone calls, internet, and communication services not included in the package. 

Costs associated with trip interruptions, delays, or changes not caused by the travel agency. 

Please note that the local tourist tax is not included and is payable directly at the hotels.
