DAY 1 - ARRIVAL IN ROME
Welcome to the Eternal City! As you arrive in Rome, you can opt for a private transfer to your 4-star hotel, ensuring a seamless start to your journey. After settling in, we embark on an unforgettable exploration of Rome’s most iconic landmarks, including the mighty Colosseum, the historic Roman Forum, and the elegant Piazza Venezia. We’ll make our way to the enchanting Trevi Fountain—don’t forget to toss a coin and make a wish! As the evening unfolds, soak in the city's timeless beauty and vibrant atmosphere.
DAY 2 - VATICAN & TRASTEVERE
Today, we delve into the treasures of Vatican City, home to the awe-inspiring St. Peter’s Basilica and the world-famous Sistine Chapel, adorned with Michelangelo’s breathtaking frescoes. Stroll across the Tiber River to the historic Castel Sant’Angelo, originally built as Emperor Hadrian’s mausoleum. The day ends in the charming Trastevere district, where cobbled streets, lively piazzas, and authentic Roman trattorias make for a perfect evening.
DAY 3 - ROME TO BOLOGNA
After breakfast, we journey to Bologna, Italy’s culinary capital. Upon arrival, we explore the heart of the city, beginning at the grand Piazza Maggiore. Stroll along Via Ugo Bassi and Via Indipendenza, lined with medieval arcades and vibrant shops. Our exploration continues with a visit to the Sanctuary of San Luca, perched on a hill offering breathtaking panoramic views. In the evening, enjoy Bologna’s renowned cuisine in one of its traditional restaurants.
DAY 4 - FLORENCE DAY TRIP & PASTA-MAKING CLASS
A day dedicated to the cradle of the Renaissance! We take a scenic train ride to Florence, where we visit the stunning Piazza del Duomo, admire masterpieces at the Uffizi Gallery, and cross the historic Ponte Vecchio. The highlight of the day is a hands-on pasta-making class, where we learn the secrets of Italian cuisine from a local chef. After indulging in our delicious creations, we return to Bologna for a relaxing evening.
DAY 5 - VENICE DAY TRIP
Prepare to be enchanted by Venice! Our journey begins at the lively Rialto Market before crossing the iconic Rialto Bridge. We then arrive at St. Mark’s Square, home to the magnificent St. Mark’s Basilica and the grand Doge’s Palace. Wander through Venice’s picturesque alleys and canals, stopping at the legendary Bridge of Sighs. Enjoy a leisurely afternoon before returning to Bologna.
DAY 6 - BOLOGNA TO MILAN
Leaving Bologna behind, we head to Milan, Italy’s fashion and design capital. Upon arrival, we visit the spectacular Duomo di Milano, stroll through the elegant Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, and admire the iconic Teatro alla Scala. Our journey continues to the serene Parco Sempione, where we find the impressive Arco della Pace. In the evening, explore the charming Navigli district, known for its vibrant canals and lively atmosphere.
DAY 7 - LAKE COMO & BELLAGIO
Today, we escape to the stunning shores of Lake Como. Explore the picturesque town of Bellagio, known as the ‘Pearl of the Lake,’ where charming boutiques and breathtaking gardens await. Wander the quaint streets of Varenna, a hidden gem with postcard-perfect scenery. An optional boat ride on the glistening lake offers an unparalleled perspective of the surrounding mountains and grand villas.
DAY 8 - MILAN & TRANSFER TO ZURICH
Our morning begins with a visit to the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, home to Leonardo da Vinci’s masterpiece, The Last Supper (subject to availability). After some final moments in Milan, we depart for Zurich, crossing into Switzerland for the next phase of our adventure. Upon arrival, settle into your elegant accommodation and prepare to experience the charm of Zurich.
DAY 9 - ZURICH & FAREWELL CRUISE
Discover the beauty of Zurich as we stroll through its picturesque Old Town, visiting landmarks like the Grossmünster and the Bahnhofstrasse, one of the world’s most exclusive shopping streets. In the afternoon, we embark on a scenic farewell cruise across Lake Zurich, a perfect way to end our journey with stunning Alpine views and unforgettable memories.
DAY 10 - DEPARTURE
